By accessing or using the Career Confidence Membership™, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Membership Access

Your subscription grants access to digital content, coaching materials and community support. Access continues as long as your subscription is active.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the membership, refunds are not offered once access has been granted.

Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching and materials are for educational and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Share login details if applicable

Copy or distribute content

Use materials outside the membership

All content is the intellectual property of LJP Coaching.

Community Conduct

Members must behave respectfully in community spaces. Harmful or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Limitation of Liability

LJP Coaching is not liable for decisions or outcomes based on coaching or content. You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
